Classified by flute type: A, C, B, E and their combinations, such as: AB flute, BC flute, BBC flute, etc. There are already finer corrugated F flutes on the market.
Classified according to the number of base paper layers: two-layer cardboard, three-layer cardboard, four-layer cardboard, five-layer cardboard, seven-layer cardboard, etc.;
Classified by flute shape: U-shape, V-shape, UV-shape; UV-shape is currently available in the market;
Corrugated cardboard is made by bonding face paper, lining paper, core paper and corrugated paper processed into corrugated corrugated paper. According to the needs of commodity packaging, corrugated cardboard can be processed into single-sided corrugated cardboard, three-layer corrugated cardboard, five-layer, seven-layer, and eleven-layer corrugated cardboard.
Different corrugated shapes of corrugated corrugated cardboard have different functions. Even if the same quality of face paper and lining paper are used, due to the difference in corrugated shape, the performance of the corrugated board formed will be different. At present, there are four types of corrugated flutes commonly used in the world, which are A-shaped, C-shaped, B-shaped, and E-shaped. Their technical indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1. The corrugated board made of A type flute has better cushioning properties and is full of certain elasticity, and the C type flute is next to the A type. But the stiffness and impact resistance are better than A-shaped flute; B-shaped flute has a large arrangement density, and the made corrugated board has a flat surface, high bearing pressure, suitable for printing; E-shaped flute is thin and dense, showing its rigidity. strength. The main difference between container and non-container lies in the outer diameter, which is closely related to the type of corrugation.
